It is customary for your therapist to escort you to your room and briefly step out to allow you a moment to disrobe. For your privacy you will be professionally draped with linen the entire service. Our therapists are very attentive, but at any moment, feel free to communicate comments or suggestions that may better serve you.
Etequette
* The spa is a tranquil oasis for all who may enter.
Please respect the silence and privacy of others by
turning off cellular phones and pagers.
* Please join us 10 minutes prior to your first visit
to check in and complete intake form. Should you be
arriving later than expected, keep in mind that appointments
begin and end on time in order to accommodate all our
clients in a prompt fashion. Please allow a five to ten minute
transition time between each service.
* We also recommend a shower before your massage.
This is an excellent way to warm up your muscles prior
to your massage.
Gratuity
A usual gratuity is 15% - 20%, however, gratuities are at the discretion of our clients.
Appointments and Cancellations
Appointments are appreciated, though not always necessary. If you must cancel or reschedule an appointment, a 24 hour notice is required for individuals and a 72 hour notice for parties of 4 or more. Cancellation with less than the requested notice will require full payment of services. We may reserve your services with a credit card or Gift Certificate number.
Attire
Casual attire is suggested. Most services will disrupt your hair and make-up. You may wish to bring personal items with you to refresh make-up.
